Production Line Vacuum and Freeze-Drying Production Line

Through freeze drying method to remove the moisture in the juice and crystallized, to be more concentrated and can be quickly and completely restored after adding water.
The product to be freeze under -40°C and after the moisture in the product is frozen into solid water. Then treat by vacuum to reduce the pressure in the vacuum chamber until the moisture in the product is pumped out of the vacuum system.
